
个人简介
宋唯一,中共党员,副教授,博/硕士生导师,卫生毒理学教研室主任,学科带头人,澳门大学博士,江苏省“333高层次人才工程”第三层次,公卫学院斑马鱼中心实验室负责人。电子邮箱:songweiyi798@xzhmu.edu.cn。
主持多项科研基金项目,如国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中国博士后基金面上项目、江苏省高校面上基金、徐州医科大学优秀人才支撑基金及“融合创新”基金等。目前以通讯/第一/合作作者累积发表SCI论文二十余篇,研究成果在Environmental Science & Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Development、Plos Genetics、eLife、Journal of Neuroscience、Environment Pollution、Journal of Environmental Sciences、Endocrinology等国际知名期刊发表。
担任中国毒理学会神经毒理学专委会委员、中国环境诱变剂学会环境与神经退行性疾病专业委员会委员、江苏省环境诱变剂协会环境应激委员会委员、国际神经毒理学会会员、美国神经科学学会会员。《Model Organisms Research》杂志青年编委,《江苏预防医学杂志》编委,并任Advanced Science,Environ. Sci. Technol,Environment International,Biology of Sex Differences等多个环境毒理学领域主流SCI期刊的审稿人。
研究方向
课题组研究重点是以斑马鱼为模型,研究环境有害因素对胚胎早期发育、肝脏及神经系统的毒副作用及分子机制,为未来的针对性预防及治理措施奠定前期的科学基础。
目前的研究方向包括:(1)应用斑马鱼筛查新型环境污染物对肝脏发育的损害作用及其代谢特征。(2)构建用于筛查环境内分泌干扰物(EDCs)的新型转基因及敲除斑马鱼品系。(3)EDCs对神经系统的内分泌干扰作用及其分子机制(4)环境雌激素对性腺分化的影响及作用机制研究。技术手段涉及分子细胞生物学、生理学和遗传学中的多项技术,如基因组编辑技术CRISPR/Cas9、整胚/荧光原位杂交、免疫荧光/组化、组织学分析、多组学联合分析及细胞实验等。
