殷德辉，副教授，学院党委委员，流行病学教研室主任，汉族，山东省郓城县人，医学博士，毕业于吉林大学公共卫生学院卫生毒理学专业。

徐州医科大学2016年“优秀人才计划”引进博士，现就职于公共卫生学院流行病学教研室。

国家自然科学基金项目评审专家，Frontiers in Public Health、Infection and Drug Resistance、Analytical Letters等杂志审稿人。作为项目负责人或主要参与人主持或参与国家级及省部级等课题10余项，其中主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、江苏省高校自然科学基金面上项目1项、徐州医科大学优秀人才科研启动基金1项，在PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases、Frontiers in Veterinary Science 、Infection and Drug Resistance、Biochem Biophys Res Commun、BMC Infect Dis、Immunol Lett、ACS Appl Mater Interfaces等国内外高水平杂志发表SCI论文十余篇。

主要研究方向：传染病流行病学，主要从事人兽共患传染病诊断、疫苗研究
